Visit to the Internet presence

 

It is generally possible to visit our site without providing personal data.

We take organisational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the state of technology, in order to ensure that the regulations of the data protection laws are complied with and in order to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. In particular, the security measures include the encrypted transfer of data between your browser and our server.

 

Gathering and processing of personal data

 

Should you send us an email, the data will be saved in accordance with the statutory guide-lines in case of a business relationship. Should this not be the case, the emails will be deleted within 30 days. Please bear in mind that an email is equivalent to a postcard and does not guarantee the secure transfer of your data.

 

Getting in touch

 

When you get in touch with us (by email and telephone), the information of the user will be processed in order to respond to the enquiry and to deal with this in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR.
The information of the users can be saved in our customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or comparable enquiry filing systems.
